Dwelling Healthcare Services, LLC is a private Home Care Provider Licensed by the Georgia Department of Community Health, Healthcare Facility Regulation Division, Georgia Secretary of State, Georgia, to provide skilled nursing, personal support and companion or sitter services. We strictly adhere to the rules and regulation of state of Georgia Department of Community Health-Healthcare Facility Regulation Division.As healthcare continues to move away from institutions to homes, use of home care services is increasing and the various therapies being provided at home are more complex. With technological advances and portable equipment such as pumping devices, more cardiac clients can be cared for at home, rather than in the hospital.DHCS offers private home health care services to individual who are not capable of functioning independently on their own but require watchful oversight and and-or supervision.DHCS goals are mainly to provide quality skilled nursing care and personal support services to its clients. These services and care will be provided by licensed professional nurse (Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses) and trained/qualified Personal Care Aides/Certified Nursing Assistants and Companions/Sitters.All services and nursing care are periodically observed and supervised by the Registered Nurses.

CPR/First Aids
Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and currently licensed in the State of Georgia; must be proficient in skilled nursing; provide services on hourly and/or visit basis to meet whatever professional care needs are required or requested by the client.Personal Care Aides/ Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): must have a high school education or equivalent; must be on Georgia State Registry with no reports of abuse.Companion/Sitter: ability to read, write, and follow instructions and completion of training or pass competency assessment, as appropriate, for understanding needs of population served.
Our Clients
A person who has been discharged from the hospital, is not fully recovered or has a condition that needs monitoring (examples include surgery, heart attack, stroke etc.).
A person who has a chronic condition and requires care until he/she has stabilized (examples include heart/lung diseases, diabetes etc.).
A person recently diagnosed with a disease that needs education about the illness and help coping with it (examples include High Blood Pressure etc.)
A person who is being hospitalized repeatedly or is experiencing prolonged hospital stays.
A person who is in final stage of an incurable or terminal disease.
A family who is caring for an elderly, disabled or a family member that needs education or additional support.
A person who is not capable of functioning independently on their own that needs help with activities of daily living and requires watchful oversight/supervision.
A medically frail (physically weak) person.
